COVID 19

All pupils MUST wear face masks and gloves at all times during their lessons. 

Two windows will be kept open for sufficient ventilation so please come prepared for weather conditions. 

Temperature will be taken at the beginning of your lesson. Anybody showing a high temperature will be refused the lesson.

BLOCK BOOKINGS 

We have seasonal block booking deals where payment is taken upfront. On such occasions, if you miss a lesson or cancel without 24 hour notice you will be charged. Once the block booking payment expires you will incur the normal driving lesson rate. We do not issue refunds for block bookings.

CANCELLATIONS 

We require 24 hour notice prior to cancelling a booked lessons, otherwise you are liable for the fee of the lesson.

TEST CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of test cancellations at short notice. You are required to notify your instructor as soon as you are notified by DVLA- failure to do so will result in being charged for the test booking.

Should your test be cancelled by DVLA upon arrival at the test centre for any reason (some of which include: cancellations due to weather conditions, cancellations due to short staffing at the test centre) there will be a reduced test booking payment required by the student.

DEPOSITS

We take a deposit prior to lessons to secure bookings with our instructors.

BEHAVIOUR

Students are required to behave in a professional and respectful manner throughout lessons. This includes attending to booked lessons on time, if you are late, the missed time will be deducted from lessons. Furthermore, if behaviour is inadequate we can refuse to teach pupils.
